本工艺采用微负压卧式内旋转熔盐间接加热工艺，该工艺对油泥类物料的处理具有较强的针对性，物料形态大小小于30MM、性质多样的油泥，使用匀速持续自动进料方式进料，原料在炉内经高温热解，翻抄（设备内采用自清壁双轴螺旋方式可避免原料粘壁的现象），高温均匀受热，促使原料充分裂解达到处理要求干点，油气通过分离装置，轻组分进入冷凝器，冷凝为液体油，不可液相的部分通过燃气净化系统输入供热系统燃烧，燃烧产生的废气通过除尘系脱硫净化统进行处理达标后再排放，本设备区别于常规裂解设备的工艺方案能从根本上解决原料粘壁的问题使生产更流畅更安全。同时设备采取全密封的生产方式，环保措施比较完善，有专用废气中*处理装置和烟道除尘装置，采用微负压出渣系统，有效减轻工人劳动强度及有组织排放无外泄，设备设计合理，制造工艺先*，自动化程度高，安全,设备完善，占地面积小。
